I really wonder if Wells has a serious arm issue. O's brought back Bradish and Means (for a time), but Wells hasn't responded to whatever they're doing for him.
Povich has good overall numbers but his recent starts haven't been that good.. I'd try him tho, and send Suarez back to the bullpen where they need help.
