I was glad to see Hays sign fairly quickly.
In a completely uneducated assessment, he feels a little like Reimold 2.....hopefully he gets the full opportunity to produce.

Callis reports that the Orioles signed Matthias Dietz to an overslot deal at 1.3M (slot 934,400).
That's a good one to get done because it's the comp from Hughes last year so you don't get it back if he didn't sign.
