Former Notre Dame QB Gunner Kiel is transferring to Cincinnati and will be eligible to play in 2014 as a redshirt sophomore. Kiel was redshirted last year with the Fighting Irish and decided not to enter into a quarterback competition with Everett Golson, the man who led Notre Dame to a National Championship berth in his redshirt freshman season.

I guess so. He's a talented kid, but needs to learn how to make up his mind. He wasn't going to win the QB competition at Notre Dame though (Kelly is recruiting all mobile QBs, of which Kiel is not).
