Okay, Mr. Burns.  What's your first name?

I’ve seen more than one article calling him a redshirt sophomore. He’s played games in 3 years but I have no idea how COVID may have changed the various rules. If so he could maybe be another who is a bit over slot, as he’s only had one good year and might believe he could jump up if he repeats it as a “junior” though he’d be 22 next year. Who knows.

“Looks like Collin Burns has signed with the Orioles.

The Tulane sophomore's slot value was $304K and it seems he signed for north of that.

Congrats to Collin and #rollwave”https://twitter.com/...692507385049098

Good pull. That was posted the day he was drafted, surprised I never saw anything from anyone on Orioles Twitter in the past week.

Bob, how is Burns defense? Of the SS playing full season ball right now how would rank them defensively Dont have to rank the non prospects

It’s very good.

1. Joey Ortiz 70
2. Collin Burns 60
3. Isaac De Leon 55
4. Anthony Servideo 55
5. Jordan Westburg 50
6. Gunnar Henderson 45/50
7. Darell Hernaiz 40/45

Btw Henderson’s defense is notably improved from last year. Fielding the ball more cleanly and more accurate on his throws. Definitely buy into him being a plus defender at third base even if he can’t stick at short.
