After upsetting Illinois on Sunday night, the Terps get almost a week off before playing Nebraska on Saturday afternoon. The Cornhuskers currently have a record of 4-8 (0-5), though they'll play #14 Illinois on Wednesday night. They lost their last game against Indiana by 8 points, and none of their conference losses have been particularly close. Their best victory of the year came over North Dakota State in late November, a team KenPom ranks at #158 in the country. To put things more simply, this is a bad basketball team.

KenPom currently ranks Nebraska as the #121 team in the country, while Maryland comes in at #45.

This is a game Maryland should and needs to win.  Hopefully Ayala can be ready to play.

The only genuinely bad team in the conference right after a ranked road win is setting off every alarm possible for a trap game

Wouldn't at all surprise me.

Nebraska has paused all basketball related activities due to COVID-19, per release. Wednesday's game against Illinois has been postponed.

Their game against Purdue last week was also cancelled due to COVID issues within Nebraska’s program. Not great.

This is a game that Maryland should win, so it would stink to lose it, but it is not worth players, coaches, etc. getting Covid.

Oh well, I was hoping to have another double header win on Saturday, with Maryland and the Ravens.
