Should be a modest upgrade over Robinson, I like it I guess.  Improves the depth.

$3.25M with another $3M in possible incentives.  I would assume the incentives are NLTBE so they don't count against the cap, but guess we'll find out.

100%

Agholor is a professional football player that catches passes, we need some of those guys but this certainly doesn't move the needle.

Realistically, unless the Lamar situation resolves itself soon, we're going to be counting on Bateman, Duvernay and whomever our top drafted WR is to be difference makers. Perhaps the new system will take these guys to another level.

Bateman doesn't need another level, he just needs to stay on the field and do what he did the first 4 games.

He was on pace for over 1000 yards thru 4 games.

Yeah, he's fine to be on the team. Not a ton we can do with the Lamar situation ongoing. I have no faith in Proche or Wallace anymore so he is at least upgrading the current #3 spot I guess it is. Even better if a promising draft pick bumps him down more. If he ends up the #1 like Robinson was at the end of the year, then we had big problems.

A 3 catch, 60 yard a game pace isn't enough to me.
He needs to be a more consistent presence. Someone you can rely on 3rd downs to move the chains.

Sure that's fine.

I don't think there is a ton of difference, but Agholor seems to have the better resume to me.  Agholor has had multiple bigger seasons than the best production Robinson has put out there.  Three times he's had 50-60 catches for 700-900 yards whereas last year's 45/450 was the best Robinson has achieved (he did it once before as well).  Certainly that could be more opportunity based than a reflection of skill, I just glanced at the totals and didn't look for any per-route or per-target type numbers.

Great, now all the Ravens have to do is figure out who exactly is going to be throwing to him.

Certainly not a big deal. Just think Robinson likely has more juice. NA on the wrong side of 30 and declining reps

I would hope he does better on the number of catches, and over the full season I would expect him to do so, but Andrews is always going to be the first option on intermediate routes when you need to move the chains.  60 yards a game over 17 games puts him around Tee Higgins, Chris Godwin, and Brandon Aiyuk in terms of total yardage, and would be the highest yardage output from a WR since Torrey Smith in 2013.  Maybe we'd like better in an ideal world, but that's pretty good.

I don't really care about the yardage.  It's fine if he's 1,000 to 1,200 yard guy.  I do want more catches (and obviously more targets too). I'm fine with his YPC coming way down, I want more contested grabs.  I want him to be Mason / Boldin. Outside to the chains. And hopefully he's also a RZ threat.

I care less about contested grabs than I used to.  Sure it's nice to know you can throw the ball to a covered receiver and they'll be able to pull it down no matter what.  Having someone that reliable in the mold of Boldin, or DHop, or Mason probably does a lot for a quarterback mentally, and certainly does a lot for the team.  But I also feel like with the amount of leeway WRs are given by the officials, it's better to find guys that don't make contested catches because they're open enough that they don't need to.

This is more of a meta-comment, but I still feel like the league needs to make OPI a point of emphasis.  WRs get away with too much.  That would make contested catches more valuable.

I also fail to see how this is an upgrade over Robinson.

This is just another spin of the same old wheel we've been spinning since the days of Frank Sanders.

I mean, Robinson approached his career high in yards last year.  Agholor at least has shown the talent to be a solid 2nd or 3rd option in the past.  Whether he's still capable of that, tough to say, but Robinson never was.

But I would hope this isn't the end of our WR search.

Great. Our annual past his prime, never was that good, WR FA signing.
