Irish War Cry is a Graham Motion trained horse who's based out of Fair Hill. That's who I'm rooting for but he drew #17 and no one has ever won from there.

Agreed, I'm pulling for Graham too, and this horse has a big shot, if he can get closer to mid pack early. Agreed on the bad post.

I had his trainee Animal Kingdom at 26-1 in 2011, crushed that day, and haven't picked a Derby winner since.

Classic Empire up to 7-1. I think it's time to jump on that. Would like to bet Irish War Cry but everyone is on him now. Down to 5-1.

Longer shots
Hence
Taprit
J Boys Echo

If it remains sloppy, Tapwrit moves up a lot in my eyes.

J Boys Echo currently 41-1, tempting for a few bucks for sure.

I'm sticking with McCraken on top of Always Dreaming, Hence, Irish War Cry, Tapwrit, and maybe J Boys.

Going to have some fun with this one and hope for a score.

With such high odds on the board and no clear favorite today is the day for you to just go in and throw a few bucks around and you might score real nice. .

Is Irap a mudder? Randomly picked for me at the bar. I get $5 x the number of horses if he/she wins.

The track is in pretty good shape, should be fair by post time.

I have no money on it. Who should I root for? The horse with one eye?

And its a tradition for me:

I'm not shooting heroin or making bets, but it is Kentucky Derby Day.

Horses are 143-for-143 in the Kentucky Derby
