Law's main points were that Bundy should not be limited to three innings and that he's clearly ready for AA. I agree, although I imagine the O's are thinking along these same lines after seeing what he's made of. I anticipate a promotion to Frederick soon, although Bowie wouldn't shock me. Thoughts?

I might not agree with the O's approach (though I am not sure I do), but I do disagree with saying the O's are mishandling Bundy.
They want him to last through the season, and he will progress (with innings, pitch count, and through the system) as the year progresses. You can disagree with that, but I don't think anything is occurring that is really hurting / limiting Bundy's progression.
I would like to see him promoted to at-least Frederick shortly though.

He needs to be moved up soon..maybe give him one more Delmarva outing. Get him in Frederick and start to stretch him out and by July, he probably will be in Bowie.

Yeah I mean it's interesting. Not sure this "hurts" him. Do I think he's getting anything out of these appearances? No.
I wish he started in Frederick. You start him out at 3 IP, work him up an inning each time. When he gets to 6 IP per game, you look at AA as an option. Let him run through a lineup more than once.

I understand how the Orioles are trying to get him used to being a professional baseball player, but I agree that he's advanced for Delmarva. While I wouldn't advocate for a promotion to AA Bowie at this point, I would not be against sending him for 10 starts in Frederick after 2 more starts in Delmarva to get his innings increased. If he's doing well by the end of the year and isn't near the 120-130 inning limit, a trip to Bowie for the later part of the year couldn't hurt (only if he's dominating).
I assume he could be vying for a spot on the MLB roster by May 2013 like Matt Wieters.

Like others have said, I'm fine with the way the Orioles are using him so that he can pitch the entire season. Makes sense to me.
He is clearly above the level of Delmarva and should be moved. If he isn't in Frederick/Bowie by the beginning of May, then there would be a cause for concern and I'd be more lenient to side with Law here.

I have to agree, i think it's time to move him up and let him pitch starting innings. He clearly has the stuff to be in AA.

Yep..this.
I might do things a bit differently. It's not like the Orioles have him throwing 120 pitches at Triple A right now, or pitching an inning at a time in rookie ball. No way 'mishandling' is the word.
I do hope he moves to Frederick very shortly. And they're keeping the innings down so he can pitch all year. Makes sense to me. I think Law is overanalyzing the situation.

It isn't a pitch count issue tho, it is an innings issue.
I certainly do not like the idea of him being at Delmarva but he really isn't pitching right now. He is working on his secondaries in the twin bullpens between starts and his starts are almost simulated games. They seem a lot closer to someone getting his work in at this point then actually pitching.
I have not seen reports of his third start but I am guessing the first inning was all fastballs to various quadrants with the change showing up in the second and the curve making a few appearances in the third. I don't think he even threw his cutter the first two games.
