21 year old RHP taken in the minor league phase of the rule 5 draft this past offseason. Looks like he could be a steal.
Was just promoted to A+ Aberdeen after posting 4-0, 1.05 ERA, 2 SV, 43 IP, 23 H, 21 BB, 45 K with Delmarva.
