How would you break it into tiers as it relates to all of MLB prospects?
Feel free to pick your own levels, but I think of it as something like this, more or less doubling each step down:
Top tier: Top 5-10 guys overall
Second tier: The next 20-30 guys
Third tier: Through the top 100-125
Fourth tier: Through the top 250-300...most of your org top-10 guys
Fifth tier: About twice as wide the fourth tier...most of your org top-30 guys
Sixth tier: Anybodyelse who might become a prospect someday, but probably not

Good work.
Lot of thoughts, but I'll leave them out for now.

So, I've been looking to see what I can nitpick about on this list. It's not easy. I think you did a great job but here goes my first one. We have Mishael Deson who is 19/20 who put up impressive numbers in the FCL and he's at #32. We have Hudson Haskins who is 22/23 who, although he got off to a hot start at Delmarva, saw his OPS dive under .800 in Delmarva and then put up okay numbers in Aberdeen with no homerun power. I want to like Haskins. I liked what video I saw of him after the draft and hope for a big jump forward this year. However, I have to like the season and promise that Deson shows (supposedly 5 tool projection and 3 homers in the FCL is nothing to sneeze about) over what Haskin showed last season. I don't have that big of a problem with keeping Deson around #30 as he hasn't show anything above rookie ball. However, I would argue that Haskin should be down around the same position because his debut full season was disappointing in my book.

1st tier: Adley and Grayson
2nd tier: DL Hall
3rd tier: Henderson, Cowser, Westburg, Mayo
4th tier: 8-14 (Kjerstad to Pinto)
5th tier: 15-41 (Tavera to Amparo)
6th tier: 42-76 (Bannon to Moises Ramirez plus some others here and there lower than that) - I keep a top 100 for myself
I actually think the real key to us fielding a highly competitive team lies in tier 3 and 4. Even if Adley, GR and Hall all hit, they will not insure rebuild success. The next couple of tiers have to produce 5 to 7 quality ML players.

I wish there was more video on Hall
My fear with Hall is the violent delivery.
No video, but here is a good and I think fair evaluation.

That's my fear on Hall as well. He's still only 23 and the stuff is there to be a mid-rotation guy at least, but in such a deep system I'd probably have him ranked lower, for the simple reason that there's a real chance he doesn't come anywhere close to that ceiling.
I have only seen him a few times on the MILB app, but my first thought, was his delivery reminds me of BJ Ryan. Maybe that is what his role becomes a powerful back end of the bullpen guy, which is certainly valuable.
He needs to stay on the mound and get at least 100 innings and see where he belongs,
