Offensively, that's outstanding. Machado would have to be the SS and there's some question whether he stays there.

If the O's draft Appel, Gausman, or Zimmer I'll certainly root for the guy but if Correa is on the board and the O's pass, I will be thoroughly disappointed. Along with more injury risk, none of those pitchers has dominated college competition and all three come with question marks. I would also rather have Almora over any of the three pitchers. Please, go for the pitching after the 1st round.

I want Correa and Almora (and Buxton too) over the pitchers as well... but I tend to believe that Gausman will be the pick --- at least as of this moment. I think that Correa will not get past three, but call that a gut feeling.

I don't hate on Fried. I explained in the other thread why I wouldn't take him. I've seen video of him and have read reports on him. I know as much about Fried as I know about Correa, Zimmer, and Gausman, which isn't a lot. It's just what I've read online and seen in videos of them. That's all I got to go on, plus guys like you, Stotle, Allstar, Luke, etc, etc.

I was just giving you a hard time. I understand the qualms with Fried although some scouts rave about him.

Perhaps the O's are using Fried as a cover for keeping tabs on Giolito. A guy can dream.
