The Dark Knight Rises has some hefty competition this Summer, IMO.

I doubt I will like the Dark Knight as much but I'm looking forward to seeing it.It was fantastic. Best Marvel film I've ever seen. I'd put it right on par with The Dark Knight from DC.

Are you seeing it in 3d? IMAX?
Just plain old 2D for me, got a deal at the theater, saw it for 5 bucks... Have to agree all around, a great movie, I'll be watching it again...and probably again...

Also, only seeing it in 2D. 3D makes me sick. (yea yea, I'm a wuss I know).
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

Planning on seeing this soon, however I've only ever seen the first Iron Man. Never saw Iron Man 2, Thor, Hulk, etc etc. Will this hurt my viewing experience?

Seeing the others will give you much necessary backstory, especially Thor and Capt. America. The Hulk you can probably skip, Iron Man 2 not a HUGE deal, but the other two carry over direct plot points.
