There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

So with that said, this is the best basic cable tv show to come out in awhile.

Granted,I don't have premium tv channels so I don't watch HBO, Showtime.

I think this is the best show on TV, premiums included.

I'm going to really miss this show.
It's going to be really interesting to see what they do for a second season.
Unless Im mistaken, the deaf hit man is still out there, and Malvo has his boss in Fargo. You know Sulverson isnt going to stop investigating. Maybe as great as Thornton was, its small peanuts compared to what lies ahead.
I've been wanting to read up on the case since they remind you each episode that its a true story. But I dont want to ruin the ending for myself.

This is tongue and cheek.

Ah. I thought about that too.

Malvo killed his boss (and the entire organization) when he went to Fargo (when we were introduced to Pepper and Budge).
Yeah, the "true story" is a joke that goes back to the original movie.
As for the finale...of COURSE Fargo would end with a high-speed snowmobile chase resulting in Lester going through the ice like he should have in, like, episode three. Hell of an episode, though something about the way Gus killed Malvo doesn't feel right. Though I guess that makes sense, since the logical thought would be that a villain like Malvo would need to either end up incarcerated or killed by Molly to be "proper".
Loved the use of the bear trap, too.

Renewed for season 2, most likely fall 2015. Set in 1979 it'll follow Molly's parents and Sioux Falls.
Awesome sauce!

Interesting. I didn't think they would do something that direct.
Are they going to give Keith Carradine botox or something?

The creator joked they would do a CGI makeover. I'm sure they'll get some pretty big names based off the quality of the first season.

Martin Freeman is hosting SNL this Saturday, presumably to promote the last Hobbit movie, but when I heard the announcement all I could think was, "Why? Fargo was a while ago, now."
