Baltimore Sun: Bryan Voltaggio to open restaurant in Baltimore

http://www.baltimore...0,6137846.story

The restaurant, Aggio, will be Voltaggio’s second Italian fine-dining restaurant. It will open at 616 Water St., in the space now occupied by Tatu Asian Grill at Power Plant Live, a spokeswoman for Voltaggio said.

The first Aggio location opened Friday in Washington. The restaurant features a menu inspired by authentic classics that use sustainable, domestic ingredients treated with classic and progressive techniques.

Tatu will close its current format later this week, Fine said, and Aggio should be open by mid spring.

I went to one of his restaurants, Range in Chevy Chase last year for my mom's birthday. I really liked the food there.

I don't know how I missed this thread. My boss is partners with Voltaggio in many of his restaurants. My office is right next to Family Meal. We used to have work meetings at Volt before it even opened and Bryan would test his food on us. Ate at Table 21 -- awesome. Range is amazing. Huge menu, everything is delicious. I've been waiting for him to move down the road to Baltimore. That spot is tricky though...but it should do well based on quality of food alone. Looking forward to it.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?
