Still feels weird that Pitt and Notre Dame are in the ACC.

Syracuse, for some reason, just feels right but the other two don't.

Very excited to see if the Terps can carry over their solid game on Saturday against a quality opponent on the road.  I'm happy we've got a challenge tonight and not another cupcake game.  ACC play is so much better than non-conference.

Build on Saturday and get a win tonight and the outlook for the season starts to shift back towards getting back on the bubble, rather than fighting to finish over 500.

Win would be huge.

I think that is a tall task. Asking MD to go on the road in an unfamiliar environment, on a quick turn-around against a good team.

Unfortunately there are no moral victories to be had, if MD plays well and loses.

Would be great to leave Pitt 3-0 in league play.

According to ESPN, the game is on ESPN2.

Looks like the Terps game is the only marquee one and one of two being televised nationally. No surprise with the national title game tonight. Only game where there is virtually no competition is the Super Bowl, I recall Duke played one year and lost though during the same time slot.

Ok not sure, the Terps website and the game preview is saying ESPNU, my TV Guide is saying ESPNU, but ESPN's website is still saying ESPN2. My guess is that it got moved from ESPN2 to ESPNU when they added that "BCS megacast," we'll find out soon enough. Apologize for the confusion.

Pittsburgh also 'excited' about their first ACC home game.

They are struggling with the shot clock so far.

Solid start.

Team seems to be getting good looks against the Pitt defense.   Wells missed a shot in the lane he usually makes, Peters had an open layup turn into a nearly impossible look because he bobbled the ball on the way up, but all of the attempts have been high percentage aside from Smot's 3 as the shot clock wound down, but that went in.

Fucking pathetic inbounds play.  That happened in another game recently, and it should never happen.  Awful.
