Been to about half of that list and all are excellent.

Lobo's just announced they are closing.

I've been to many on the list as well.

NiHao is the place I'm most interested in checking out among those I haven't visited.

Nihao was really good.  Something feels strange to me about paying so much for relatively small quantities of Chinese food.  But it was excellent.  Even the to-go containers were plated very fancy, I imagine once you can eat there and get the full experience it will be something pretty special.

Chicken Rico remains my favorite place to eat in the entire city.

On my bday last month, went back to La Cuchara for the first time in a couple of years. Had a really good meal. Outside area worked well.

It never even made it to Last Resort status for me.

Yeah, I worked basically across the street from it for the entire 10 years it was open.  Went zero times.

Awesome story about the owner of Ekiben volunteering to drive to Vermont so a dying customer could have tempura broccoli one last time.

Growing up in east Baltimore, it was a must stop when shopping in Highlandtown

Not restaurants per se but I was downtown yesterday and hit up BRD at R House for the chicken sando and it didn’t disappoint. Then I went to MVM for the Colossal Crabcake Sandwich at Local Oyster. It had been featured on a new Netflix food show called Fresh, Fried and Crispy. There were a few people at the bar who were there after seeing the show too. It was excellent.

It does look good. But it's going to be hard for me to get Italian anywhere downtown and not get the lobster ravioli at Tagliata.

One of the best dishes I've had, anywhere. And I've been a lot of places.

Dang I haven't been there either, this conversation is motivating me to make more money. My wife and I are trying to hit up our favorite spots before the baby comes and going out for dinner dies a quick death.
