And his "success" is one NCAA appearance and a CIT one at Loyola, not exactly MD HC material. They shouldn't have brought any of those guys back, just get an up-and-coming assistant who could eventually takeover, Ehsan wasn't the answer to that. I'm not saying they should've even hired this person eventually, but it would've given them the choice for continuity purposes.
