That's what I thought too.

I do wonder if Glen is dead....looked like the guy who shot himself fell ontop of Glen and they were eating the dead guy. But I don't know how a mob of zombies doesn't figure out that there's another living guy beneath him after they finish their meal.

I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

RE:  Rick's Hand, it could also lead to some actual comic book stuff there too.

RE:  Glenn, I wonder if there is some sort of kinda Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge-like scenario going on where that whole trip with Nicholas was what Glenn played out in his head (while inside the pet store) when deciding whether to actually take Nicholas with him on that trip.  Glenn than realizes Nicholas will suck and goes it alone (or not at all) and is still alive.  Or he's dead (and Maggie is newly single.......), who knows?

That would break from the format of the show, I don't think they've done anything like that before, and if they did it should exist within the same episode, so we're not left hanging over the course of a week.

Would be the biggest cop out in show history if Glenn's not dead.  I'd have a big problem with the storytelling if they have him survive this somehow.

Then don't look on IMDB or some other internet places. <insert shirt-collar tug expression here>

Rick should just cut that part of his arm off and tape a chainsaw to the rest.

Prepare yourself, 'cause I don't think he's dead. Too many factors, Nicolas falling on top of him, he's not screaming at all, I don't care who you are, your stomach gets split and your intestines gwt pulled out savagely, you're screaming. You're not just laying there in a daze. I'm thinking he slides under or in the dumpster as they're feeding on Nicolas.

He ain't dead. He's gonna crawl under the dumpster and radio Rick who'll come somehow rescue him and it'll be a reverse of season 1 where Glenn rescued Rick from the tank.

Or the new character who'll be introduced (who probably put all those couches in front of those steps) will save him.

Are the writers working towards a cure or are they stuck with the zombies for the rest of the series?  I'm a season behind.

That was the most enjoyable episode of the series I recall.

Nah, this story focuses on survival, no cure even mentioned after the first season/beginning cause they kinda realize thats wayyyy beyond them and things now.

Well that was a snoozer after two good episodes. Still don't believe Glenn is dead.

I was pretty amped for them to go out and discover Glenn's dead (or undead) body.  Dragging it out and instilling hope isn't too great of a move for the show, IMO, and especially not if it ends up revealing him to be alive.

I'll likely never be "done" with this show, but it'd be really annoying if Glenn somehow survived that completely hopeless, no-chance-of-survival situation.

Doubt we'll find out before the season finale.

Well, that turned out exactly like we all thought it would.

I also have to say, this season has been pretty weak thus far.

I thought they handled the Glenn reveal wrong, but I still thought it was a good episode. The formula is never going to change. Crisis -> resolution -> new crisis. I'll watch next week.

Total cop out, but the show is better with Glenn than without him.  They won't kill Daryl, but if everybody who got lost outside the walls ends up making it back it really starts getting to the point where the people who have been around since the farm are the main cast and everyone else is just a red shirt.  It's still very entertaining most of the time, and I like a lot of the characters and think they are doing a much better job of developing some of the 2nd tier people.  But it's getting a bit too much into "I wonder how they're gonna get outta this one" territory instead of where there is actual fear and concern that the main handful or so of characters are in real peril.  The first few years they'd kill anyone off at any time.  Now even when they kill someone major, they aren't dead.

I can see your point of view but I think its going to change on the last episode of this season and the coming up episodes.  I don't want to spoil anything.
