So, a tornado comes right when they needed it and while not only taking out all of the walkers also left that old, rickety barn completely intact?
Where they trying to play up that divine intervention angle, like with the rain, or was that barn build just that well?

They make a crack about "oh so the walkers get destroyed but this old barn is just fine huh?" When they first leave in the morning.

Anyone get the feeling Darryl's need on the show is coming to a halt? Hope I am wrong.

I can see Daryl being the one who has the hardest time adjusting to the new neighborhood and questioning what he brings to the group/what his role is now. But I can't see him actually leaving the show, whether it be via death from walker or person, or from anyone in the group letting him go off on his own as a scavenger (or Daryl himself deciding to do that without telling anyone). He's just too popular of a character.
And he had some golden lines last episode too. "We brought dinner" and "You look ridiculous" were great.
I also liked Carol using a ruse and playing the role of goodie-housewife who brings little to the table other than Girl Scout meetings and stuff.
One issue I did have was when Glenn, Tara, and Noah went on that run/dry run and they seemingly were okay going out there without their own weapons and instead going with some guns that they had no idea how they'd perform, if they were needed. The congress lady said they could take their own guns whenever they went outside the gates and yet none of them were like "Uh, we'll be taking our own guns instead of these rinky-dink pistols, thank you.
When the wife and I were watching and the congress lady's son was being a douche, the wife goes "That guy's really a douchebag" and then no more than 2-3 minutes later the guy goes "Yeah, I know I'm a douchebag." That was a good laugh.

Good point about Sasha. But it's a small bone to pick IMO. The show is by far the best its ever been and getting more interesting.
And the song at the end was pretty awesome...the way they distorted it. Felt very much like something out of Lost, which to me, is a good thing.

Uh oh, Eugene. Why are you having so many lines in this episode all of a sudden...

Definitely thought it was a really good episode.
Those Alexandria people are freaking morons though.

Probably the only reason the Alexandria bunch has made it as long as they have is because they've paid tribute to the bad guy that is in the comics but who hasn't revealed himself yet on the show.
Could be one reason they had so many guns and ammo stashed away, as potential tribute.
Once Rick takes over the place, I'd expect him to recoil on the idea of paying tribute to anyone. That's when I think it could get interesting.

90 minute final just ended... was pretty annoying when the gate was left open.

Very good finale...one of their best if not the best.
I agree, it was annoying the stupidity to leave the gate open -- but it played a part in things. It had to happen.
Very pleased with the direction of this show. From the second half of season 2, it's been one non-stop roller coaster.

The show is getting silly. Lazy writing over and over.
So Glenn is shot in the shoulder with a guy gouging into the wound, and then he's covered up in zombies while he's prone - and he just miraculously escapes it? Come on.
An army of zombies surround an occupied car, and a guy with a stick beats them all into submission. If it was that easy to kill them, why is the world overrun by them?
The angry surgeon coming in and slashing the neck of the leader's husband? A seventh grader could write better ideas. I was already annoyed by the previous episode when Rick, master of killing zombies and bad guys, couldn't whip a pansy-*** surgeon who because of being behind a wall, was hardly battle tested.
I might not watch the show any longer.
