So, cannibals?

Overall, I kinda thought the finale was weaksauce. What say you?

Awful finale, overall a boring season. But still, zombies. I'll be back for next season.

Eh, I liked the finale.  Good to see the band's back together, minus a few.

And of course there's that bag of guns/weapons out there buried in the forest that Rick or someone's gonna get to eventually.

Plus we got to see Hershel again.

I saw someone let that slip as a spoiler somewhere.  So, is that confirmed?   The one area looked like a butcher shop when they were running.

I just thought of something.    Hershel....Walker...  His head was even zombified at one point, wasn't it?

I think in the Michone flashback episode she put the head out of its misery with her steel.

Re:  the cannibals.  I haven't read the comics but from what I've read online (and that scene where Rick and Co. are running through Terminus and go past that big tarp covered with what looked like a bunch of bones/body parts), I'd say yeah, these folks are people-eaters.

Yeah. When they were being "herded" through the place from above, they ran through a part that showed all the bloody, human bones remaining. Blink and miss it moment...but it is a storyline they used in the video game, so not shocked to see it show up here.

The second half of season four was rather slow, but I really enjoyed the finale.

I'll be anxiously waiting all summer to find out what mayhem takes place next season.

I wouldn't say confirmed, but it's definitely being heavily foreshadowed.  The similarity between Rick's funneling path to his snare trap and the way the Terminus people shot to get the group towards the train car, plus that pile of bones and what looked like picked over carcasses they ran past.  I definitely think they are cannibals.

BTW, I'm very glad bad ass Rick is back. It's been too long that he's just been sort of distant, broken, not ready to take action.

The confrontation with Joe was old school Rick. I hope that's the Rick we see in season 5, ready to lead again.

You're assuming he's not going to turn into rickburgers.

Seth Gilliam joining the cast. They're really cleaning up on The Wire actors.

The Walking Dead

Seth Gilliam ("Teen Wolf," "The Wire") has joined the cast of the fifth season of AMC's "The Walking Dead" as a series regular.

Details on who Gilliam will play are being kept under wraps, though the rumor is it's the character of preacher Gabriel Stokes, from the comics. [Source: The Live Feed]

Do any of you read the comics?

I won't spoil it here (not that it's going to happen in the TV show anyway) but there was a huge WTF? moment in the latest issue. Suffice to say, I'm intrigued.

I saw a thread about that on another site.   There was a before/current photo.  Was he in a previous episode?  I didn't recognize the before.
