Kelechi Osemele, OG, Iowa State
Michael Brewster, C, Ohio State
Vontaze Burfict, ILB, Arizona State

Am I missing anyone? What player or position do you currently lean to? What 2-3 players do you think the Ravens will have available to choose from?

I'd love to see Hightower drop as far as us, but I doubt it. If he does, and if Konz is gone (and maybe even if he isn't), we have to grab him. He's Ray-Ray's long term replacement, IMO.

I'll have a hard time arguing against whomever Ozzie ends up selecting, though.

Glenn sounds like he could be a good prospect as well.

At the same time, if someone like Cordy Glenn is sitting there, I can get behind that pick too. My personal opinion is that we can find better value at guard. Why not wait until some cuts come through and see if we can sign one for a year or two and draft one in the future? Konz is not like Grubbs. I think Konz needs time to learn a little bit unlike Grubbs did.
So, in conclusion, I believe if a playmaker of Hill's ability is sitting there, we need to pounce. We need value and i just don't feel Konz is the value at that point. I'm not saying Konz won't be good, but i don't like it at this point. Let's open this offense up and make it even more dangerous. Either way, i won't be upset.

Cordy Glenn will not be there when we draft, but I would take him in a minute. He could be our LG this season, then take over for McKinney when he leaves after this season.
Yeah, that's why i said if he falls. I'm pretty much under the same thought process you are. IF he falls, it's a pick we need to make in a heart beat. I see Birk lasting 2 more seasons so there isn't a dire need to pull the trigger on Konz right now. If Jason Brown decides to sign back, which i don't see happening, it really makes things easier and would signal that were not drafting Konz.
My personal opinion is that Baltimore doesn't really want to take Konz. I think they want to get more explosive and give Flacco the tools he needs and really deserves and Hill would be that guy. As i said, i won't be disgruntled either way but Glenn would be the ultimate pick and steal if he fell to us but i don't see it happening.

Not that it means anything at all but I happened to see in SI that Peter King has the Ravens jumping to 23 ahead of the Steelers to draft Hightower. That is something I' recently said I could see the Ravens doing. My gut feeling, and apparently Peter King's, is that the Ravens covet Hightower.
Depending on how much we have to give up, I'd be fine with this. On the other hand, I'd also be fine with trading down for two 2nd rounders too.

I would get a big RB later in the rounds and focus on the lines with the earlier picks.

I think we need to go C or LB in the first round.

Can't disagree with you, obviously. A big back that I like a lot is Temple's Bernard Pierce. He has a chance to be very good.

Linked this article because I could see 3 of these guys as Ravens.
I think Upshaw would definitely be in play if he dropped to us in the 1st round, which some people are now predicting. Would fit right into JJ's old role.
I could see us moving down and drafting Still in the 2nd round as a value pick.
I could see us taking Michael Johnson in the 3rd. He's a Ravens type player for sure.
