The O's go for the sweep, with Jason Hammel making his Baltimore debut.
Liam Hendriks was scheduled for the Twins, but was scratched yesterday for RHP Anthony Swarzak.
Swarzak 2011: 4-7, 4.32 era, 102 ip, 111 hits, 9 hr, 26 bb's, 55 k's.

I don't recall seeing Swarzak pitch before, but looking into him, he seems like a bit of a fly-ball pitcher who will walk a few batters, but also k about 4 or 5 a game. His Pitch F/X shows a 9 MPH differential between his FB (91.1 MPH, which he throws 60% of the time) vs. his Change (82.1 MPH, which he throws 16.6% of the time), which is certainly decent.

In his Oriole debut, Chavez works the count full in his first ab, prior to flying out to RF.

Today ends the week 1 match-up in my 16 team head to head fantasy baseball league. I'm up big, but the guy i'm facing has 4 starters going today, including Clay Bucholz, so I plan on taking full advantage of my MLB.TV on XBOX today to keep up on everything.

Willingham makes a catch in foul territory to send Markakis back to the bench. 2 out.

Through 5 batters faced by Swarzak, all hits or outs have been of the fly ball variety.
