I really don't mean this as sarcasm (so sorry if it comes across that way) -- but I was impressed how you broke it all down. I have a hard time doing at those type of chains. There are certain Starbucks I try to avoid, but that's about it.

I have probably been to more Ledo locations than any other type of establishment, partly because I like Ledo and also because I don't go out to eat very often, be it sit-down or fast-food. I don't think I've been to 10 different Chinese or Mexican restaurants in my life, but I've been to 10 Ledo locations. Go figure. I would really have to think it out to figure what chains I've been to more often, if there are any. Possibly McDonald's, but I really only go there if I don't have a choice. Reminds me of the time I was in Vegas for a conference as a student, and I had almost no money (well, THAT hasn't changed). McDonald's was just about the only place I ate at for...three days or so? That wasn't pleasant.

Haha, even now when I have money, I try not to spend a ton eating in Vegas. I hate that you spend money you could be spending doing something fun just to eat. The new trend is putting food courts in the casinos with more like fast-casual food (Sbarros, Johnny Rockets etc). It beats dropping $60 every meal at the restaurants.
