For those of you who haven't seen Arrow yet, it was probably my favorite new show of 2012. This is nothing but good news.

I've been thinking for a while, I wonder if they would speed up the process of their JLA movie by combining TV heroes with movie heroes and make them all part of the same universe.

Funny you should mention that, because Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen on Arrow) has already said he wants to be in the Justice League movie. He even offered to double as the janitor. Haha.

It would make sense. You could have Superman, Batman (it's a travesty if they aren't going to use JGL the way Nolan set that up), Green Arrow and Flash all packaged and ready. What else do you need? Wonder Woman? Martian Manhunter? Aquaman? Wouldn't be hard to launch one of those movies, one more as a TV show and tie them all together.
