Has anyone else gotten into this at all? I've never been big into RPG's, but recently picked up Skyrim and haven't been able to put the controller down for over a week.

I go way back with Bethesda Software on their RPGs. From their Fallout series to the Elder Scroll series. I have their old ones that have come out on the 360. I picked up Skyrim when it first came out and every so often I'll put it back in, just because. Definitely the cream of the crop if you ask me when it comes to RPGs. Until the new Fallout Boston comes out.

I've put over 200 hours into skyrim. I have 95% completed it based off of Steam Achievements. That is including all three expansions.
I'm actually embarrassed to admit that, but damn I love this game.
I also played Morrowind and Oblivion too.

This is the first one I've played, so I can't comment on the other ones, but 200 hours into Skyrim is quite impressive! I've done the Mage story arc, and Alduin story arc, now I'm working through the thieves guild. A few other one-off's too, just for giggles, but yeah, this game is insanely addictive.

Yea all the guilds are fun, especially the thieves and dark brotherhood IMO.
I'm more of a sneak/dagger/bow guy.
Honestly, I didn't even play the main storyline until about the 100th hour lol. Just had so much fun running around the map doing random stuff.
Now I'm on to making crazy builds, like using a Shiv as my weapon.

Nice! This being the first experience for me, the main story lines helped "train" me, so to speak. I'm a wood-elf, bow type. Acquiring the ebony bow from the draugr lord in Labyrinthian has been a game changer for me, such a great bow... but I'm going to try to upgrade to a Daedric Bow, and have a nice black soul gem saved to enchant it with.

Speaking of Bethesda I'm a bit surprised they didn't announce Fallout 4 at E3 this week.
As far as Skyrim goes, the game is a ton of fun and with all the hours I put into the game I definitely got my money's worth. The main story was okay, but I had more fun just exploring the world and going on quests than sticking to the main story.

They are just in pre-production on FO4, haven't started actually working on it yet. Shooting for next console, and next October/November.
They've been busy working on the MMO and a couple other things.

Speaking of which...
Although Bethesda Softworks did not officially revealed “Fallout 4” publicly at this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo, they may have shown off the potential PS4 and Xbox One video game behind closed doors. According to a report from the NeoGAF forum on June 12, select members of the press got to meet with privately the publisher. The individuals tease that they may have saw something other than the three video games that were already announced for the event: “The Elder Scrolls Online,” “The Evil Within” and “Wolfenstein: The New Order.” You can take a look at some screens for “Fallout 3,” which came out in 2008, in the slideshow at the top of this article.
