Can't really blame the guy here. If I was the opposing DC of my rival, I wouldn't want to see my rival winning it all. Got to wonder how the season could have played out if Ben was the starting QB.

I don't think they would have gotten past Houston or Baltimore in the first round if they were a Wild Card team. If they won the North I think a Baltimore like run would have been possible but I doubt it. They really struggle at Denver and against New England.

I don't know how they are doing this but usually restructuring will hurt you long term.
I am surprised to see them do this with so many players right now.

All the restructuring might prove to be a mistake down the road. They are probably banking on the big increase in the cap in 2015.http://espn.go.com/blog/afcnorth/post/_/id/66176/effects-of-big-bens-restructured-contract
I hope it bites them in the ass long term.

Jerome Harrison to be released?:

Ummm....isn't Jerome Harrison the guy who was found to have a brain tumor when he took a physical after being traded a season ago?

If you see this floating around today, don't buy it or spread it. I've never heard of "Global Associated News", but after one Google search it was clear that they are not legit.

I liked the Steelers draft a lot. Jarvis Jones was a bit of a no brainer and seems like a perfect fit. Many are saying Bell was a bit of a reach, but I'm glad they added a quality RB option, was pleasantly surprised it happened in Round 2. Markus Wheaton should be able to replace some of the speed and athleticism that was lost when Mike Wallace went to Miami. I don't know much about Shamarko Thomas, but he fits a need and consensus seems to be that they got good value with the pick. Who knows with Landry Jones, but it's an interesting pick.

Just noticed this and wanted to comment. You can put anyone's name in the url and it puts it into the 'story'.
Now it's reported that I broke both legs http://adam.wolff.me...on=Pennsylvania
I've seen one from this site before with a jet ski accident.

You never know in the NFL, but I feel fairly confident slotting the Steelers into 3rd place in the AFC North this year, possibly in contention for the 6 seed.
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Do think Pittsburgh had a decent draft. Bell should help I think.

Yep...very solid draft for them. Jones is a top 5 talent but fell due to injury concerns. If you are a team like Pitt, taking a shot on him there is worthwhile IMO.
