The restricted free agent market is notoriously dead, but NFL teams do have a high opinion of Pitta.
It's unclear if the interest of teams will translate into any action regarding Pitta, though.

Plus he's the starting QB's favorite target on and off the field. Pitta won't be going anywhere. He's one of the guys you can build a receiving corps around. A tight end like him is tough to find.After losing Boldin, no way the Ravens let Pitta leave.

Not a 2nd rounder and a deal big enough that the Ravens won't match it. The new CBA makes draft picks two or three times more valuable than they were under the old CBA, especially early round picks.He's worth a 2nd rounder IMO.
Find the last RFA that switched teams.
I'll be absolutely floored if Pitta goes elsewhere. I'll be very surprised if he even signs an offer sheet someplace else.

And if someone does offer him too much, you use that 2nd Round pick to draft Eifert or Ertz. Then you have your TE on a rookie contract for another 3-4 years. Problem solved.
