He should be dealt I think

There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note

"Now OPS sucks.  Got it."

"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."

"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

Gausman fighting back tears while taking to media. Had to cut short answers. Wipes eyes with t-shirt when done #orioles

Gausman disappointed that he didn’t pitch to full potential here #orioles

Gausman has had somewhat of a bounce back this season after looking like he might be transitioning to the BP.

KG looking ace-like for the other team that wears black and orange, but the Giants lost in 11.

I'm surprised that his velocity ticked back up.   Always was a big fan but felt that as he was starting to lose velocity, his average command (not high walks but wild within strike zone leading to meatballs) and lack of a strong third pitch would catch up to him and he may regress down to a back end guy or worse.

But the velocity has gone back up starting last year and the results have followed.  No idea if he's improved on the command and looks like he's actually reduced how often he throws anything other than the fastball or splitter.  May be something such as mechanics or an underlying injury that he's recovered from that explains the multi-year drop in his velocity before and after the trade.  It's only been back up for about a half season total, so guess it could disappear at any point, but hopefully he can maintain.
