If Patrick Willis plays, it adds another piece to keep the run game in check. If the 49ers can stop their running game, maybe they can get to the quarterback who ability to extend the play is his strength.

I think they should sit him either way. The Steelers can beat anyone, anywhere.
So, why risk him getting hurt further and being out for the playoffs?
If the Ravens win on Sunday night, I am for sure resting him.
