They play College of Charleston, tomorrow at SECU. I live about a mile away. Seems like a good way to avoid working around the house. SECU is a nice arena, and good place to watch a game.

16-11 on the year, 9-5 in the CAA. (Tied for 3rd, 2 GB of Hofstra.)
Have won their last 3, 8-4 at home.

Arguably the biggest men’s home game in SECU Arena’s history.

Towson wins the season finale at Northeastern to clinch the #3 seed for the CAA tourney.
Rematch with Northeastern next Sunday in the 3/6 game in the tourney, which is in DC.
Not going to predict anything, but Towson has a chance to go the NCAA tourney for the first time since 1991.

For sure, I really thought they had a shot, really played well after an 0-3 start in conference.
Hopefully they get to keep playing somewhere in postseason.

Hard to see where. I go to Towson to see a few games each year, and the team and conference are pretty good.

A good friend of mine does some media work for them, and I just texted him, and he said they'll go to the CIT or CBI if invited.

Spiero?
Mat Schlissel. He used to do the women's games, but now runs their social media.
I know Spiro a little, but not well.

Impressive first three games scheduled as far as mid-majors go. Bonnies are usually solid. Rhode Island been in and out of the top 25 the last few years. Stephen F. Austin one of the top mid-majors for a while now. Knocked off Duke last year.

Man. Towson was supposed to tip off all of college basketball tomorrow by playing San Francisco at 9am.
There have been scheduling changes so now they play UMass-Lowell at 4pm.
They also will play Stephen F. Austin on Thursday and now Buffalo on Friday. They will no longer play Rhode Island or San Franciso as previously scheduled.
Don't think it's COVID related...San Fran plays Stephen F. Austin at 10:30am tomorrow now.

I do not live far from Towson and usually get to see 3 or 4 of their games. Not this year.

Yeah, not this year. Even if you wanted to go to the opening three games they are in Connecticut at the Mohegan Sun.
Social distancing is easy at their games though.

Maybe Friday they’ll play the LA Lakers, then return home to play the Ravens practice squad. Who the hell knows.

Yeah I thought the same thing. In a normal year, it is a shame because the level of basketball is pretty good.
