Very happy to be a part of this board, the podcast shows, and being able to contribute regularly and have you all actually enjoy my work. That means a lot.
Getting hooked up with some sausage and egg in a bread for breakfast and gonna have some awesome lasagna for dinner.

Cool. My 3-year old nephew has breathed new life into Christmas. Enjoy.Merry Christmas everyone!
This is our first real Christmas with the kid (she was two months old last year), its the most excited I've been for this day in a while. She still doesn't really grasp it so next year should be even better.
As for food we're having breakfast with the in laws, lunch with my family (Thanksgiving style, my wife is making green bean and candied sweet potato casserole), then out to dinner at a seafood restaurant with the other side of my wife's family. I think it's called Moe's.
Hopefully there's some time in between to relax. I'd like to see Django Unchained sometime this week.
Hoping to see Django this evening.

Awesome. I spent a few hours helping my brother root his Kindle Fire HD. Talk about complicated. He insisted on wanting access to the Google Play Store (which you don't have unless you root it). Still, looks like a nice toy!I got the Kindle Fire HD that I wanted. Also got a really nice panoramic (professionally done) picture of Camden Yards, framed and everything. The picture has Ripken in the batter's box.

Also got a nice chunk of cash from my dad. I'll be paying a visit to best buy later this week with that.

I got a new Kindle Paperwhite, a UMBC "football undefeated" shirt, and a Machado jersey.
That reminds me I need to get a Machado jersey myself. How's the paperwhite?

Nice. It's smaller than I expected (since it's touch, it's essentially all-screen). It's just good to have an e-ink Kindle again; my Fire is good for a lot of things, but I really don't like reading books on it.That reminds me I need to get a Machado jersey myself. How's the paperwhite?

Anyone get anything cool?

I got my wife a Galaxy II, she's been wanting a smart phone for a while so I figured now was a great time to get her one.
My wife got me a new O's hat. It's the O's one (I already have the new bird hat and I lost my "O" one a few years ago) the reason I like it so much is it's the playoff hat with the 2012 postseason patch on the side!

Bump... for those that celebrate X-Mas... all the best...
Also, my apologies for not being more overt to having had wished Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish posters...
Mainly, another year is ending.... my thanks to all of our great posters, and my hopes that you and yours have a great New Year!

No worries, weird timing this year. I'm actually doing presents with my family tomorrow/Christmas because that's when it worked best for both my nuclear and close family.
Merry Christmas to those celebrating! And to those not celebrating, maybe I'll run into you at the movies or at a chinese restaurant.
Glad to see the growth of the board and best wishes to all in the New Year!

Waited till the last minute to buy my stuff online, bought a gift for my mom with an estimated delivery date of Dec. 28 (along with an explanation lol) and it arrived today. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE!!!

Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays everyone.
Bought my dad Apple TV with HBOGO... he's been wanting to watch Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones, so he's going to be ecstatic.
