I can't figure out what this article is.

I do know that I need to start watching Downton Abbey, have heard nothing but good things. Community, too. I've seen like half of an episode, and thought it's sense of humor was right up my alley.

Also, Mad Men and Breaking Bad are better than Homeland, though I really enjoy all three. I understand the complaints about Walking Dead, particularly Season 2, but I still really like it.

I like Girls, but hate all of the girls on Girls (except Shoshana). It's an odd situation.

Mad Men remains a favorite. My wife loves Walking Dead... just can't really get into it. I expect to get Homeland for Xmas, looking forward to that.

Girls was pretty funny, but you are right.. not a lot of likeable characters. Community is a well done sitcom, but I've always thought the critics were a little too generous.

Girls is currently the most overrated show on tv. That said its still pretty good and it has an important role on TV a la Louie.

I'll rank these shows (most recent season) plus a couple of others that we've discussed quite a bit on here:

Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones
Mad Men
Dexter
Homeland
Girls
The Newsroom
Boardwalk Empire
Downton Abbey
New Girl

Note that I like all of these shows.

I suspect that Homeland will be in my top 2-3 when I finally get to it. Maybe I'll give Breaking Bad another try.

Breaking Bad
Game of Thrones
Mad Men
Walking Dead
Always Sunny
Homeland
Parks & Recreation
Louie
Once Upon a Time
Dexter
Modern Family
Treme
Boardwalk Empire
Newsroom
True Blood
Girls
Revolution

I think that's everything I watch regularly. I enjoy most of them (Revolution is on thin ice), though some are more just pulpy fun entertainment while others I think are really well done and great.

Always Sunny and Modern Family are very good comedies as well. Curb too, but it's been a while since that's been on.
