I just want him to pitch a great game because I can't handle the thought of speculating that he's lost effectiveness because of an injury

I will never understand putting Alexander in center when you have everyday outfielders like Taveras and Cowser on the bench.
I know it is because we're facing a left hander but defense up the middle is a giant part of the game.

Again, from purely an offensive standpoint, I expect this team to do better today than the lineup yesterday. Just in general, not taking into account how much better Williams may be than Cantillo. Just gotta hold your breath with the OF defense

Maybe they need to go small ball. First and second and no outs then bunt. Don't care if it's Alonso at the plate. Find a way to score a run before the games half over.
