Like I said a few days ago, Azocar is gonna play 3 levels at 19. Thats very good. Will be on all top 100 lists. Or most. Some publications are wonky. But still, he is 19 and low minors. FWIW, the Orioles have 3 of the top 10 relief prospects in baseball according to this list.... Ashman is #1, Sloan is #3, Yaqui Rivera is #10.

Wouldn’t be surprised if the PBTNL is Harold Rivas. Was originally reported to be part of the deal by Jacob Calvin Meyer who was first to have all the names I think. Could be contingent on how much Adley plays.

Right. That name being released and changed to PTBNL made me think something was up. Or they coulda switched from Rivas to a 2026 draft pick. Will be interesting to find out.

If it is Rivas he is really young but signed for 950,000 and has been solid in both DSL and FCL this year. Currently #13 on Pipeline Red Sox rankings

I will say, Glassey's K rate is pretty insane

I'm not saying they know everything, but fangraphs ranked 63 Orioles prospects this year and mentioned another 27 in the article, but not Glassey. Ashman was 38, Rivera 53, Sloan mentioned among other interesting but flawed relievers. They also ranked Glassey 90th among prospects traded at the deadline. Maybe Glassey changed something this year, who knows.

Pitching is kinda like being a GK in other sports. One mistake and it shows up on the scoreboard. You could make 3 bad pitches all night and give up 8 runs. Like being a GK you could make 20 fantastic saves, but give up one and you lose 1-0.
