After suffering their first loss of the season against Georgetown, Maryland remains in College Park for a matchup against Alcorn State on Tuesday night. The Braves currently hold a record of 0-3 in head coach Jake Morton's first season at the helm, with losses to Florida State, Minnesota, and South Alabama. They finished last year with a record of 11-21 (11-7 SWAC), and lost to Bethune-Cookman in the first round of their conference tournament.

 

Maryland is 3-0 all-time against Alcorn State, and won last season's matchup by a score of 96-58.
