After starting the season with a 2-0 record, Maryland will look to win their 18th consecutive non-conference game when they face off against Towson in College Park on Saturday afternoon. The Tigers have also begun the season with two wins, over Norfolk State and Morgan State. Before the season, they were projected to finish 6th in the Colonial Athletic Conference.

 

Maryland is 3-0 all-time against Towson, winning their most recent matchup in 2023 by a score of 38-6.

 

Betting lines aren't released for FBS-FCS games until just before kickoff, but ESPN gives Maryland a 96.4% chance to win this game.

There are some things you can't take from a game like this when you have a physical advantage everywhere... but a throw like that always translates (of course windows get smaller, etc).
