We've just witnessed the biggest choke job in NBA Finals history.

Live by the three, die by the three. The Spurs were 3-of-17 from three in the second half, and just 2-for-12 in the fourth quarter. With a 29-point lead, take the ball to the basket and try and get some easy shots. No need to keep clanking threes. When a team comes back from a deficit that large, a lot of things have to go right, but the other team also has to help them.

And just in case you were wondering, the Spurs are the only team in NBA history to have 76 or more points in the first half, and 30 or fewer in the second. That's any game, by the way, be it regular season or postseason. Not the side of history one wants to be on.
