As big of a long shot as it might be, there was also an incredibly improbable run of bad luck to start the season. Maybe the pendulum just swings the other way, and their winning percentage is as good in the second half as it was bad in the first half.

It's still kind of sickening that getting to within 10 games of .500 feels like a huge achievement, but they were 18 under a few weeks ago. One game at a time as others have said.

I've been pretty down on Mayo so far.
I remain convinced that he does not belong at 3rd base but it is great to see him starting to make progress at the plate and let's see how he does at 1st.
