Looks like Nolan is out of the lineup again tonight.
Not surprised. Why are they not putting him on the DL?
Well I hear Linda Ronstadt is looking for a guitar player.

Probably to give it another day or so, with hopes of avoiding the DL. Not being able to play tonight after not playing over the weekend, and being off yesterday is rather telling though.

Andino is going on paternity leave for at least 2 games, that could allow them to bring up an outfielder.
I am on the record as saying this isn't an inconsequential issue with Nolan.

No OFers in Norfolk (or even Bowie for that matter) are on the 40-man. Only eligible players at Norfolk are Mahoney, Antonelli, Exposito and Adams.
So, Antonelli?

And everybody that had April 25th as the date that Roberts on the 15 day DL bites the O's in the ass go up to the window and collect your winnings.
Antonelli is the lesser of the evils.

Showalter told Eduardo Encinca of The Sun, that he is optimistic that Reimold can avoid the DL.
I certainly hope so because things will get dicey if they need a fourth outfielder tonight.

Calling up Berken to replace Andino kind of backs that up too.

O's have not even said if he has been examined by medical professionals.
The bench tonight is Paulino and Johnson. If they need a pinch runner they will have to bring a pitcher in, or have Brady suit up.

I had agreed with Matt; once they called up Berken, I expected Reimold to play tonight. Obviously should have been someone else added to the bench.
I'm sure (would hope) the O's have had someone look at Reimold. Guess we will have some additional info either before, or after, the game.

I don't see why they didn't just call up Antonelli as insurance, at least in the middle-IF.

Obviously good to see Reimold back. Hopefully no issues tonight, and able to play tomorrow.
This is the key, will he be able to play tomorrow.

More issues for Reimold:

Reimold will miss tomorrow's game as well.
Showalter said Reimold was given tablets of Medrol the team hopes will reduce swelling and there is a chance Reimold can return to action for Friday's series opener at Boston.
''Hopefully, it sounds worse than it actually is,'' Showalter said. ''If he doesn't get relief from it, then we'll see what the next step is.''
