I used to love watching Tomlinson, Alexander, Vick, TO ect play. Just watching a world class athlete that's just better than everyone else, and seeing the next special thing they did. Slightly jealous they weren't on the Ravens. Now I finally have that generational talent on the team I love. It's an amazing thing to get to watch him every Sunday, just be better than everyone else more often than not.

His run against the Bengals will forever be one of my Favorite Lamar plays. That spin move was ridiculous.

I agree. As much as I think we've blown SB appearances the last two years. Every time I see Lamar with the ball I get excited. No shade on Flacco and not taking anything from his Super Bowl run. But I think you give Lamar with 4 or 5 years with Suggs, Reed, and Ray. we're talking multiple SBs.

Ravens sign NT John Jenkins. Will be 36 this season, but hasn't missed a game the past 2 seasons for the Raiders.

He's not Michael Pierce, but he's a solid rotational guy.

Probably not going to happen, but would love to add Jaire Alexander. Still young, has had a good to elite coverage rating every year in the league. Can play the run well. True alpha outside CB.

Him, Humphrey and Wiggins with Awuzie as your 4th, with Hamilton and Starks on the backend, is as elite a secondary as anyone could imagine.

Too bad he can't stay on the field. Why did Green Bay release him?

Pass. Guys don't typically get healthier as they age and he's been as injured as anyone in the league for the last several years. If he's cheap, sure, but don't think he will be.

He might have offset language like Cheeto did. But they need safeties, plural, instead of corners.

If Alexander comes cheap and he likely will because of the injury history, then I hope we bring him in.  If he is looking for a bigger deaal, then pass.

A healthy Alexander even if it is for 10 games, could be a big addition.

Are the Ravens in negotiation to extend Lamar? I don't get much Ravens news, here in the Houston area. So when I see something on the many Ravens fans FB pages, I usually just ignore it, since that stuff is usually AI generated, and not written by actual journalists.

Good news! I saw a dog today.

EDC told Jerry Trollman on his podcast that they started very preliminary discussions about it a few weeks ago.  So not really.

Cool, thank you.

Also, "Trollman" made me laugh out loud :D That guy is the worst. A family member has worked with him at a couple of different stations. If you think he couldn't be any worse, you should hear the work stories.

EDC said in a presser that they had conversation(s) when LJ was in for the first OTA.  He has not been to the last two so not sure if anything has been discussed since but next week's OTA is mandatory so maybe they negotiate some then.

I think for EDC negotiating a contract directly with EDC is equivalent to getting a root canal.

The Trollman line is good.  I had to think a minute about who you were talking about.

Good ball player who has been torn down by injuries.  I am happy to see him call it a career.

We all killed the baseball team for a lack luster off season(rightfully so), but the Ravens get a solid A from me for what EDC and company have done.

Stanley -New Contract

Bateman New contract

DHop- signed for a good value

Alexander signed

Awuzie signed

Noteboom signed

Jenkins signed

Cooper Rush a real NFL QB signed to back up LJ.

Plus a draft that delivered Starks and Mike Green who will play a big part of a rebuilt defense.

Just a great off season.  EDC is very good.
