27. Baltimore Ravens

Jonah Savaiinaea, OT/G, Arizona

Wide receiver would be an ideal pick if Baltimore signs left tackle Ronnie Stanley before he hits free agency, but the top five options on my board are gone, and there's no early-Round 2 players worth reaching for here. Instead, Baltimore could get a replacement for free agent guard Patrick Mekari in the powerful and versatile Savaiinaea. Savaiinaea has experience at left tackle, right guard and right tackle, and the 6-foot-4, 339-pounder has 34⅝-inch arms. He'd also give the Ravens more youth up front, where rookie Roger Rosengarten excelled this season.

South Carolina · S · Junior

This ascending prospect is built like a Greek god and offers a rare blend of size, speed and ball skills. Like Ravens star Kyle Hamilton, Emmanwori can man either safety spot and has the instincts to make impact plays on the back end.

27) Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall

Though the Ravens have a formidable edge-rushing duo in Odafe Oweh and Kyle Van Noy, the latter turns 34 years old in March. Baltimore has shown they’re willing to draft defenders early and let them slowly work their way into the starting lineup.

After his All-American season which saw him tally 17.0 sacks, Mike Green finds himself as one of the top defensive linemen in the 2025 NFL Draft. He’s a freak athlete whose explosiveness helped him dominate the Sun Belt, but he also has a deep technical arsenal to shed blocks and generate penetration into opponents’ backfields.

Good news is the Ravens have talent everywhere. Clearly weaker in some spots. Especially if Stanley walks. Which at this point, I'm fully expecting.

But having a near complete team, makes drafting a little easier. Can truly go BPA. Feel like an OT, CB or Edge would be optimal. But wouldn't be mad with any position outside of QB in the first if it's clearly the best player available. That includes Jeanty. I know RB would get a lot of people upset. But Henry is on the wrong side of 30, Hill is a great 3rd down back, but hes not a guy that can step in full time if Henry goes down. And Mitchell is still an unknown. Even if he does fully come back next season, he's like Hill, I'm not sure he can handle a full workload for any length of time. A guy like Jeanty could come in next season, keep Henry fresh, and in a worst case, can fully take over for Henry.

Not optimal, but not horrible. I think that scenario is extremely unlikely. But EDC is in a great spot this season. Especially if he finds a way to keep Stanley on a team friendly deal. (think he ends up in Washington on a massive overpay).

CBS SportsPost-Super Bowl NFL mock draft: Stocking up for next season

Ravens. 27

Oregon • Jr • 6'4" / 315 lbs
Projected Team Baltimore PROSPECT RNK 31st POSITION RNK 6th

Josh Conerly Jr. is a bit of a project, but he's got all the tools to develop into a future Pro Bowler. His high-end athleticism would be a weapon on the move in the run game leading out for Derrick Henry or Lamar Jackson.

27. Baltimore Ravens

Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Ravens' defense found its way by the end of the season, but the secondary gave up far too many big plays -- 58 completions for 20-plus yards this past season, third worst in the NFL. I'm watching the safety spot this offseason -- Marcus Williams was benched for much of the season and probably will be released this spring. Starks is versatile, has excellent ball skills and would pair nicely with Kyle Hamilton. He has six career interceptions.

27) Baltimore Ravens: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

Josh Conerly Jr. continues to fly under the radar and will continue to do so due to one bad rep against Mike Green in Senior Bowl practice. But other than that one rep – that came when the Oregon left tackle was lined up at right tackle – he had a good week.

At 6’4” and 315 pounds, Conerly has agile athleticism, fluid movement, precise hand strikes, and strong counters to eventually be one of the top offensive linemen to come out of this class.

27. BALTIMORE RAVENS: T JOSH CONERLY JR.OREGON

The Ravens could look for offensive tackle help with Ronnie Stanley set to hit free agency. Conerly fits their type as an underclassman trench player who could slot in along their front for the long haul.

Big ask for a late-first OT to step in and start on Day 1.  I'd prefer to re-sign Stanley and then be able to use the 1st on a CB or DT/DE if that's where the best player is.  Stanley getting $20M from someone would derail that plan, though.  I don't know how confident I am in Rosengarten flipping over to LT.

Their offensive line track record is kind of all over the place.  They've gone young a couple times, with mixed results.  One of the few units where I don't just blindly trust whatever they decide to do.

I think Lamar obviously does a great job masking whatever flaws an OL has, especially pass protecting. I feel like 2021 wasn't even a total disaster on the OL with an old Villanueva at LT.

I'd much prefer a 2019 OL with two elite tackles and an all-time great inside, however.

That would be a stunning reach.  Beyond that he was brutal in the Rose Bowl.

3 mocks above already have the Ravens taking him.
You think he's a 2nd rounder?

It’s because Tackle is thin this year. I’d rather have Belton from NcSt

I’s rather not tinker with what worked, resign Ronnie and keep Roger at RT. Focus on DB/PR on first pick!

I'd much prefer Ronnie to an unknown, but he's a risk as well. He's on the wrong side of 30 (barely), and has had several injuries over the past few years. He was healthy and very good this past season, so I'd be willing to gamble, but he comes with a lot of risk.

Yeah his contract was an anchor for a while, and could be again. Just depends on the price.
