Don't take Pittsburgh lightly. They're a good team and they always give us fits. Wouldn't be surprised to see us lose 23-20.

I couldn't imagine anyone taking them lightly.  Not the way they've owned Baltimore over the past few years.  Lamar, in particular, hasn't played very well against them.  Do I think the Ravens could still put up 30 points?  Absolutely.  One thing that Lamar has improved on greatly this year is making teams pay for blitzing him.  He has one of the best completion percentages in that area.  Watt will be a handful as usual but there's ways to neutralize him.  I think the key to this game will be Derrick Henry.  I doubt they'll go completely run heavy with the way Lamar is passing the ball but I'm hoping Henry gets a lot of carries and maybe Mitchell emerges in the game.  I also look for Lamar to run more, especially after having an extended rest period.  If they can control the clock and don't turn the ball over, I like their chances.

I expect a lower scoring game, and other teams to watch very carefully what the Steelers do to limit this offense. Ultimately I think the Steelers defense has a better chance to stop Lamar than the Ravens defense does to stop literally anyone who has ever played football at all, ever.

26-20 Steelers.

Fortunately, I guess, Lamar is only 0-3 in those 8. Would be nice if he put together a good game against them for once though. Last year he was alright till the ugly pick at the end, but the rest of the team let him down with drops.

I putting money on Pittsburgh. This seems like an auto-L for the Ravens, aided by key screw ups and coaching blunders.

Pittsburgh is a tough stadium to kick in. Think they forego any long FG attempts (punt or go for it depending on distance to go) and will go on 4th and short if the opportunity presents itself.

Whether they convert or not then becomes the biggest factor in determining the outcome.

Isn't it only the open end of the U that's hard?

I know it's not going to happen but man, would I love to see the Ravens kick Pittsburgh all over the field on Sunday.  Just humiliate them in front of their home crowd.  Oh well, I can dream, right?

They have the overall talent advantage to do just that. It's feasible!

I think this is a reasonable probability.  Not my exact expectation, but if the defense shows up at all I think the Ravens win handily.  Add in a  couple Pitt mistakes and its a rout.

Not that it matters in relation to Sunday's game but how many times have we blown out the Steelers? Feels like I can count the number of times on one hand.

And the only blowout I can remember since Tomlin has been there was the 2011 season opener.

No one's seemed to talk about it but Hamilton is not on the injury report. That was a dodged bullet.

There's definitely a possibility this could happen and it wouldn't surprise me if it did. History says otherwise but Vegas making us favorites on the road is a tell. If it's ever going to happen this is the time. We're going up there healthy and well rested.

It'll be 23-20. Will we have 23 or will we have 20?

I'll say BALTIMORE 27; PITTSBURGH 20.  I don't feel particularly confident about it since we've been the Steelers whipping post for the past 8 games but I'm hoping this will be the week the defense shows up in the secondary and the pressure on Orr is relieved for at least one game.

I really think this is a toss up.

Ravens 30-28.

Tucker kicks a field goal in the waning seconds to win it.

That's why you should never run the ball. Pass every down!

That's how you lose to the Steelers.
