Makes it sound like Mountcastle wouldn't bring back much.

He's a ok to good hitter but that's about it and he's limited to 1B.  Two years of control is the most appealing part, but he's just a guy.  Return shouldn't be much.

 

I think Seattle might be a good fit for him.  If they ever get around to trading any of their SP, he could be a part of the return.

If you can't parlay Mounty and some other pieces for a solid return perhaps he's best served to stay? He's solid defensively, adequate offensively and a safety net if Mayo falters.
