It took me two hours to get home. Traffic was a nightmare.

Like so many things Baltimore City, post-game traffic jams seem to have gotten WAY worse the last few seasons...

Yea I’ve had PSLs for over a decade and this is the worst I can remember traffic being. When we can, we hang out after the game and let traffic let out. Tough to do on a school night.

Refs flagged the Ravens 11 times yesterday, but Burrow was looking for one more on the 2 point try, ts.
Some of those 11 flags were probably a bit bogus, but the one Burrow was looking for was legit. There were two fouls on the play. The roughing was undeniable, then there was defensive holding as well. The refs saw neither. It is what it is. It should put to bed the ridiculous narrative that the Ravens get screwed by the officials more than anyone else. The refs are bad both ways. Ravens fans take it personal when a bad call goes against them and conveniently seem to forget when the bad call works out in their favor.

I would not have called defensive holding on that. He released the grab when Gesicki made the break and then Gesucki got Humphrey in underhooks to try and sell a hold. No PI either because they were within a yard of the LOS.
Burrow's RTP uncalled was legit though I don't like the rule. I don't think QBs should get special treatment for incidental contact on the helmet that doesn't involve grabbing the facemask.

It's much worse now that the bridge is out.

As Burrow said, you're not going to get a lot of calls in that situation... unless it's blatant and on the guy you're actually throwing to.

I think it was either a TD or the late failed 2 point conversion that folks were griping the Ravens got away with multiple penalties... but a Bengals player holds the living chit out of a Ravens defender coming in hard from the blind side. Literally wrapped both arms around him by the neck / shoulders / chest. No call there either. Only saw it once or twice and haven't rewatched any of the game yet. Think it was a back or TE who pulled to block and was a hair late, so he just wrapped both arms around him.

It should have never come down to that because that was a blown call on the 4th and 10 throw to the TE. They didn't want to respot it after review but he was clearly short of the marker. There were bad calls and missed calls both ways all game. The losing team's fans always complain the most and the loudest. If we had lost it would be us.

I think it was definite roughing that should have been called. But I do find it humorous that some Cincy fans are saying that cost them the win. Even if they take it 1/2 way to the goal it doesn't mean they would have been successful. And even if they were successful, the Ravens would still have had 38 seconds and two TO's left to try to get into FG position to win the game.
Funny thing is in the past I would have said I question whether Jackson will get them into FG position but if he does, Tucker will win it. Now it's more like I'm pretty sure Jackson will get them into FG position but have no idea if Tucker will get it. Crazy.

The 4th down catch had two aspects that I think the refs prob got wrong. Dont think he reached the 40 and when you zoom in and freeze frame it also appeared he didnt catch it clean. Marlo said immediately it hit the ground. No tears from me for them. We got jobbed in the Vegas game on a horrible call. Thats just todays NFL
Yeah I’m not going to apologize when we’ve already lost a game to the refs. Seems like it’s just the NFL these days, you win some you lose some, unless you’re the Chiefs.

Yeah, you could see it from the one angle, the ball is on the ground, rolling free. Amazon production immediately cut back to the game, and only showed that angle one time.

Even if the ball wasn't moving (they didn't show a great replay of that on the stadium screen) he was clearly short by about half a yard to the first down marker. It should've been turned over on downs and Cincinnati should've never had a chance to score that final TD.
They chose not to end the game on a replay and re-spot and it ended up almost costing us the game and more importantly blew the point spread and my parlay. LOL
