The O's are down to middle of the pack. Here's the authors stated logic:
"The rotation is terrible. Who could have possibly foreseen such a thing? Apparently not Mike Elias."

Really only Morton has been terrible. Eflin has been fine. Sugano has been fine. Kremer and Povich probably better than their numbers suggest.
The real problem is the offense has scored 2 or less in more than half their games so far. That's not going to win many games no matter who's pitching.

If we are dividing up the defense, offense, and pitching into 3 different categories then from worst to best it goes
1. Defense
2. Pitching
3. Offense
Feel like the defense has been terrible. The pitching has been below avg and the offense has been good

A day after hanging 24 runs on the Orioles, the Reds lost to the Fish, 6-3, and struck out 14 times. I guess they didn't get to face the Marlins' pitching equivalent of Mateo and Sanchez.

Lost 2 in a row to the Marlins. They stink. We played 3 mediocre teams on that homestand and went 4-5. Horrible. Cle was the best of the 3 and that was the series we took 2 of 3.

Gotta give it up. MLB pretty much nailed the pace of play rules and decisions. Cant believe we used to watch 3 and a half to 4 hour baseball games

But this feels real low brow & classless.
