That is an insanely low price for a guy of that caliber. If we assume the Ravens can make a deep playoff run it probably only amounts to moving back 10-15 spots once comp picks are added in, which according to ESPN is about the equivalent of a 7th Round pick. Heck, the Ravens could end up getting more than that back via a comp pick....AND Carolina is eating most of his remaining salary? Hard to imagine some other team that is looking for WR depth wouldn't beat what the Ravens are giving. Is there something more serious with his rib injury, because this sounds like too good of a bargain?

Hes better than Bateman
Eh. I think he's basically the same exact player as Bateman. Deceptive deep speed, twitchy, great separator, issues with hands at times. He's 100% better than Agohlar. And he has return experience.
They got him for pretty much nothing. They lost maybe 15 spots of draft position during the lottery ticket rounds of the draft. And Carolina is paying his salary. Offense got better, special teams (if they use him as a returner) got better. Fail to see a negative at all with this deal. Makes you wonder what the hell Houston, SF and KC are even doing. He easily would have been their number 1 at the moment.
