OHearn has turned into a pumpkin. Time to lose his number.

Time to upgrade the offense with real hitters. Not cast offs and “prospects”.
I never had friends later on like the ones I had when I was twelve. Jesus, does anyone?

Shame of it is our pitching is solid despite all the injuries. I mean the BP can implode but overall it’s solid. It’s the offense that is the anchor now dragging us down.

It’s crazy how bad everyone on offense has been in the second half.

I’m glad the media has backed off praising us. We don’t deserve it.

I don't see how you can go into next season without at least firing the hitting coaches.

I have no idea who their hitting coaches are but if this continues right through the playoffs, they should be the first pink slips handed out. And Hyde can follow them out the door. I've defended him as much as anyone but you can't fire the whole team.

I’d send Hyde out of town with them.

Get Joe Maddon in here or some manager who knows how to manage. And has his players backs when a team decapitates your player. And barks at umps for bad calls. Hyde ain’t that.

Maybe next year. Maybe not. Maybe he’s Bip Roberts.

And at this point I’d be thrilled for him to have Bip’s career

Holliday is always a step slow. Offensively, defensively and on the bases.

I didn't think he had any shot at getting to 3B on that overthrow. Duran was on the ball immediately.

I also don't think Holliday had any idea where the ball was, so that's a bad play and on him. But it wasn't a missed opportunity because of how quickly CF got to the ball.

Certainly ain't Kremer's fault tonight. Both runs were some bad fortune/timing as well.

You don't need hitting coaches if this is the product you get. You might as well spend that salary somewhere else. Where is Terry Crowley when you need him?

I agree but he's always behind the play. A more aware player would have followed the ball and at least faked going to third. The game is too fast for him right now.
