G-Rod said he "felt good" after a bullpen session that lasted about 20 minutes, which is good to hear, but he's also in a bit of a race against time to start a rehab assignment. Bowie's season ends this Sunday on September 15, and Norfolk closes its schedule a week later.

1 IP, 1 H, 1 K, 0 R, 0 BB. Works for me.
Maybe a return next Friday barring any setbacks? Day off tomorrow, pitch an inning Friday, day off Saturday, pitch an inning Sunday, day off Monday (no Norfolk or Bowie games), pitch an inning Tuesday, pitch an inning Wednesday, day off Thursday, back to the O's next Friday.

Simulated games in Sarasota would work in a pinch. Prefer he face live action in Norfolk but wouldn't shut him down if he can't complete a rehab assignment before the AAA season ends. Same for Westburg, hell they could play against each other!

I saw where Coulombe threw 10 pitches, nine of which were for strikes. Not bad.

Rogers threw 6 shutout innings
Webb threw another inning. Should be back soon
Bradfield is finishing well in AA.
Tigers lost. Red Sox lost. Magic number lowered

See…THIS is the type of post we expect around here.
Take notes.
There is baseball, and occasionally there are other things of note
"Now OPS sucks. Got it."
"Making his own olive brine is peak Mackus."
"I'm too hungover to watch a loss." - McNulty

I'm really not trying to be overly positive guy...but i do believe if they get the rest of the il guys back, they have as good a chance as anyone.
Nothing wrong with being overly positive IMO
The fact is that injuries have contributed greatly to the team's struggles.

Last home series of the year starting tomorrow and the Os need all the support we can give them. Pack the Yard and be loud and positive. Positive energy in the Yards. Its essentially a playoff atmosphere. Det is coming in playing for everything just like us. We can still wrap up a playoff berth by Sunday. We are still 2.5 up in the race to be te first WC and host the games. Lets get this thing done. Positive vibes. Let the players feed off the energy.

My Vikings might be really good this year. Maybe they'll make it to another NFC Championship game and get crushed. What a dream season that would be!
