More detail on mlbtv. Says Crochet is going to start on normal rest for the rest of the season. Thinks that's the best approach for his health. And won't pitch in October unless he has an extension.
He didn't specify about starting vs relief in the playoffs but based on his statement that normal starting routine was best for his health I took it to mean he isn't doing any post season pitching without an extension.

I'd actually be very happy if they brought Flaherty back despite last year being a failure. The guy is pitching really well.
Fedde would be a strong pickup as well.
Obviously there's plenty of others that should be helpful, but those two stand out as guys that shouldn't cost that much.
I'll add Nathan Eovaldi and Blake Snell.
