Cowser has a .419 OPS close and late.

Surprised to see he's got a decent OPS with 2 outs and RISP, but that's mostly SLG driven.

His WPA is 142 of 144 qualified players. And IMO its clear he has worse ABs in higher lev situations. The stats absolutely match up with the eye test

Of qualified batters he has a -1.97 WPA.  142 out of 144 players. His clutch stat on FGs is also the worst by far of all qualified players. Yeah, hes horrid.

You'd have to move the Walltimore back in to make OPACY a bandbox again to consider Kjerstad in LF. 

 

Cowser is a huge asset for the O's.

The idea behind sourcing your work is so that when people scroll these threads they don't get misled. They can follow up on your sources and see if you're on point, or are off-base. 

 

Challenging a request for a source makes you sound petty, belligerent, and yeah, irrational AF.
